Rescued?

When the posters went up showing the two members of the Marine sniper team who'd gone missing, Carrie Mathison stood and stared at them. She didn't see two Marines in their uniforms, though, she saw only one of them half dressed on a rooftop looking up at the blanket of stars. She saw a sweet smile from a man who was too far from home and was trying to hold onto his humanity. Every time she passed the posters, even if she didn't turn to look, she was as aware of them as if someone had reached out and grabbed her. Months went by and the sensation never weakened.

Then came word that they'd been found, that two Marines had been found in neighboring camps. Both men were in rough shape: dehydrated, beaten and demoralized. One was worse than the other, but first reports didn't make it clear which it was and Carrie held her breath until she knew that Brody was in better physical shape. Not that she asked or spoke to anyone about knowing him. The moment she said a word, they'd pull her out of it all and that wasn't happening.

The men were kept apart while they were cleaned up. Carrie read both files, but it was Brody's she kept going over and over in her head. She knew every detail of what they'd found out so far. On the outside it probably seemed cruel to interrogate the men so soon, but the sooner they got it done, the better. These men were headed home, at least for a while, and it would be harder to get solid information from them when they were there.

It wasn't until minutes before she walked into the room that Carrie knew for sure which man she was going to debrief. She was ready to bounce out of her skin by the time she walked in, a feeling that vanished immediately when she saw him. "Sergeant Brody? I'm Carrie Mathison. I'm here to ask you some questions."

Her rubbing against him was ramping him right back up and he reached for her. "Love how you touch me." He was not going to think any deeper into that if he could help it. It might not bode well for his future.

She curled around him, letting him see just how worked up she was. And she still had her pants on. She wasn't thinking of anything much past her turn, but that would change when she'd gotten some kind of release. She wasn't ready to beg, but she did look up at him with huge, pleading eyes.

Then she bucked hard into him, shuddering. "Fuck, sorry."

His laugh this time was a bit more normal sounding. "I'm going to need a few more minutes for that. But you should take your pants off. They are in the way." He did have the grace to move and help her.

She moved much more slowly than she had when getting his pants off because she wanted to give him the time to recover and because she wanted his hands on her. "Wouldn't want anything to get in the way of something you want." She flopped back on the bed with a laugh. "You do want something more, don't you?"

He gave her the best 'Duh' look he had as he settled himself between her legs. "I think I do, yes." His body still wasn't fully ready, but he wasn't going to let that stop him from teasing her some.

Having him there, against her, was plenty for the moment. She found herself arching toward him and moaning much more loudly than she expected to. "Wouldn't want to be too pushy or anything, so long as you're sure..."

She wasn't the least bit convincing, not even remotely.

Every word out of her mouth was betrayed by her body. He wanted to laugh at her, but she just felt too good for that. "Oh, I'm sure." He dipped his head and kissed her deeply.

The world fell away again, everything except his body on hers disappearing in that kiss. She needed him, needed his reality, to keep her grounded. More than that, she wanted it. Her hands moved all over his body, pulling at him to get him closer to her. "Fuck, yes." She shuddered hard. "Fuck."

"I'm getting there." He couldn't resist the tease. It was just too perfect. He went right back to kissing her, biding his time for those last few moments that he needed.

She managed to reach to smack him sharply on the ass, but it was only a stinging blow, nothing more. Just enough to push him in the right direction. "Wise ass." Then it sunk in that she'd hit him, no matter how playfully and she winced. "Sorry. I-- I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that."

He was so in the moment he didn't even really register the smack as anything except encouragement until she started apologizing. He paused above her, watching her face even as he shook his head. "Shut up and enjoy this, please."

She gaped at him for a second, then laughed as she smacked him again, not quite as hard. "Shut up?" She shook her head at him. "Oh, I don't think you want me to shut up." She licked her lips slowly. "Not when I can tell you how ready I am for you. When I can tell you I've been hoping for this all day, hoping to have you inside me." She rolled her hips against him. "But hey, if you want..."

"Why don't you tell me those things, instead, then?" Of course, she just had, but he wanted to hear them again anyway.

She laughed roughly, then repeated the high points. She went on to explain, in some detail, how she knew he would fill her and make her moan. If they'd been somewhere else, she'd have said scream, but that wasn't possible. "I know how good it is, how good we are. Want you."

She almost said need, but corrected herself in time.

Need might have put the brakes on everything. Want was the better choice. While she spoke, he shifted again, so that when she went quiet, he took her.

He was tempted to stop once he filled her, to just enjoy the moment. But she'd done a damn fine job of inflaming him, so stopping was out of the question, really. Not that she wouldn't have felt good that way. But this was pretty good, too.

She did more than the moan she'd promised. She clutched at him inside and out, pulling him closer until she shuddered. If he'd paused, she might have screamed after all out of frustration. Need was the right word, no matter how they avoided it, and she had to fight not to claw at him to show him.

Instead, she did the next best thing and stared whispering to him about how good he felt, how it was better than she'd imagined, and how much better it would be when they came.

Need was very quickly becoming the only word, especially with the way she was whispering to him. He was, in fact, going to start telling her how much he needed what she was doing. It was stupid, dangerous, and he was perhaps way too vulnerable for it.

Not that the knowledge did anything to stop him.

She didn't so much run out of words as lose track of what she'd already said. To keep from feeling foolish about it, not that she thought he'd notice with the way he thrust into her, she pulled him into a deep kiss. That saved her from more repeating, but only made her tighten more around him.

Given that he'd come once, he was not long for their joining. And the way she kept grabbing at him and kissing him, he wasn't going to last much longer. He tried to warn her with the way his body moved that he was losing what little control he had. Hopefully, he wasn't the only one.

They'd been together more than long enough for her to recognize the signs. He drove her to near distraction at the best of times. Right then she was hovering on the edge, trying like hell to stay there with him. The moment he fell, she was going with him, if she even lasted that long.

She ran her hands down his back, fingertips tracing his spine as she pulled him even closer. A moment later she broke out of the kiss to whimper his name, pleading with him for something she couldn't name.

That pleading finished him. He cried out against her lips as he slammed into her, his whole body jerking over her. He wanted to feel her release, needed to, but there was no way he could stop himself.

He might not be able to feel the more subtle signs of Carrie's climax, but he had to be aware of her whimpering his name again, over and over, as she shook below him. And then there was the way she went completely limp when the shaking was over.

He collapsed atop her a moment after she went limp, whimpering her name almost inaudibly. He knew he was dead weight, but moving was not possible at the moment.

She didn't mind being flattened. At least he was still with her and not vanishing in a puff the way she was almost certain he should. She wanted to pet his hair or do something else tender, but she didn't have the bones for it. When she finally got any air left, she whispered, "Thank you."

He laughed weakly. "You're welcome... Why are you thanking me?"
