Rescued?

When the posters went up showing the two members of the Marine sniper team who'd gone missing, Carrie Mathison stood and stared at them. She didn't see two Marines in their uniforms, though, she saw only one of them half dressed on a rooftop looking up at the blanket of stars. She saw a sweet smile from a man who was too far from home and was trying to hold onto his humanity. Every time she passed the posters, even if she didn't turn to look, she was as aware of them as if someone had reached out and grabbed her. Months went by and the sensation never weakened.

Then came word that they'd been found, that two Marines had been found in neighboring camps. Both men were in rough shape: dehydrated, beaten and demoralized. One was worse than the other, but first reports didn't make it clear which it was and Carrie held her breath until she knew that Brody was in better physical shape. Not that she asked or spoke to anyone about knowing him. The moment she said a word, they'd pull her out of it all and that wasn't happening.

The men were kept apart while they were cleaned up. Carrie read both files, but it was Brody's she kept going over and over in her head. She knew every detail of what they'd found out so far. On the outside it probably seemed cruel to interrogate the men so soon, but the sooner they got it done, the better. These men were headed home, at least for a while, and it would be harder to get solid information from them when they were there.

It wasn't until minutes before she walked into the room that Carrie knew for sure which man she was going to debrief. She was ready to bounce out of her skin by the time she walked in, a feeling that vanished immediately when she saw him. "Sergeant Brody? I'm Carrie Mathison. I'm here to ask you some questions."

She practically leaped off the bed, crying out in need. She was way more wound up than she thought she was and his teasing was just cruel. "Hey! That's just not fair." She put her hand on his head, fighting not to push him in any direction, but it was hard enough that her hand shook. "If you really want to taste me, you could do that."

She groaned. "That was subtle."

It was not even a little subtle and he smiled against her lips. "There someplace you have in mind, babe?" He had a bunch, but he wanted her to be specific with him. He needed that, someone to tell him what to do.

She bucked against him, meaning it to be a hint, but she also answered him with a low groan. "A few. All lower than where you are." She ran her hand down his chest, stopping near a nipple for a moment, then further down to the hollow of his hip. "For a start."

He smirked. "Yes, ma'am." She was making it very easy to forget about the rest of the world.

Slowly, he slid down her body, kissing as he went. He took his time, following the track of her hand down his own chest. He paused for a long time at first one breast, then the other, before continuing to her navel.

There was no rest of the world. There wasn't anything beyond the confines of that room at the moment. She caressed every bit of him she could reach, even lifting up off the bed so she could run her hand down his back. She kept her eyes open, even when he focused on her breasts, so she see his every move. She wanted to see his face when she moaned or when she shuddered.

Each moan and shudder got a reaction from him, his own body responding to hers. This ease that he had with her was exactly why what they were doing was a very bad idea. He'd never been this easy with Jess, even before. It was as though he needed to bond over a great trauma to reach this level. That had to speak to something wrong with his psyche even before he went to war.

And he didn't really care.

Carrie shifted under him so she could rub her inner thigh against him. He wasn't getting low enough fast enough, but at the same time every single thing he did was driving her crazy. Being with him was easy for her, too, which wasn't as big a surprise as it was for him. What surprised her was how easy it was to be with him again. And again.

They got each other and there were precious few people who understood her. There were none who understood her and could be with her repeatedly. Well, not like this. Saul didn't exactly count.

He was not going to be rushed, given that he was already likely in deep shit for having disappeared. He was going to enjoy every moment of his time being normal.

He did finally relent, though, and move lower. He nipped at her as he shifted, before finally settling between her legs. He looked up at her and waggled his eyebrows before setting to work.

His expression made her crack up, which delayed the moan of pleasure when she felt his lips and tongue. Her hand tightened on his shoulder when she did start paying real attention. She shifted and bucked against him, trying to stay still but failing pretty miserably. "That look should require a license. It's deadly."

His whole response was to hmm against her, teasing her more even as he winked at her. She was so easily pleased that he found he was enjoying himself even more. That she was expressive about it also helped.

Expressive didn't quite cover it. She kept clutching at his shoulder, careful not to leave a mark even though she wanted to. She wanted to put a mark on him that would bring back good memories. Of course, she couldn't leave any kind of mark on him because he wasn't hers. She ran her fingers through his hair, to keep herself honest.

She also told him, in clear words, just how good he felt.

He'd have accepted marks. He hadn't said she couldn't. As infrequently as his wife saw him shirtless, she could probably even get away with it. But since he didn't know that's what she was thinking, he couldn't tell her that. Not that he would have stopped what he was doing to talk about it. He was enjoying the way she tasted far too much.

Every so often she made him chase her because she was trying to catch her breath. Then she would settle down again for a while and start talking again. Each time she spoke, the words were more intense and desperate. It wasn't that she wanted him to be done, instead she begged him to never stop.

While never stopping would be difficult, he certainly didn't plan on stopping prematurely. There was a certain power in hearing a woman say what she was saying, a certain confidence building that went on. IT was something he needed, so why should he end it.

Of course, when she did finally make him stop, he was probably going to explode.

She finally gave up on real words and degenerated to desperate grunts of need. She tried to catch her breath, but it wasn't working anymore. Her hand closed on his shoulder again and she tugged hard. Explode was the right word. If he didn't stop, she was going to lose all control. She wanted to do that with him.

He pulled back a little and looked up at her. "You okay?" While he wasn't actively working at her, he let his fingers tease. He wanted to hear her beg him.

She swore with feeling, those words coming out clearly. The tease worked beautifully. "Oh yeah. I'm great." She looked down at him, doing nothing to hide her need. He wouldn't believe her anyway if she tried. "I'll do way better if you get up here and fuck me."

She groaned loudly. "If you wouldn't mind?"

"I wouldn't mind at all." He moved up her body with a moan, finding her lips and kissing her even as he filled her. He didn't waste any time building up speed. It had been a while since they'd been together and he had missed her. The only thing that felt right was them, in that moment.

She wrapped herself around him the moment he was inside her, using the change in angle to get him deeper. He felt perfect, felt like a part of her. She wrapped her arms around his neck, holding on much tighter than she probably should.

After a moment, she broke out of the kiss to start talking again. Carrie wasn't usually shy about talking during sex, but the things she said to him now weren't things she normally said. She told him that she needed him, that she'd missed him, that no one had touched her the way he did. She wasn't completely aware of what she said, only of the way it felt.

He took in every word that she said, filing it away. They were all sentiments he needed to hear. He certainly wasn't hearing it at home. That anyone, at all, could feel that way about him was a balm to his soul.

His thrusts sped, pushing both of them toward the cliff.

She tried to wait for him, she really did, but she wasn't the most patient person on the best of days and what he'd done to her was utterly unfair. Grabbing his hair, she dragged him back into a kiss to keep from screaming. Her body convulsed under his as the pleasure coursed through her.

Her eyes closed tightly for the first time so that all she had was the physical sensations. She wanted to be able to hold them close.

He pushed through her climax, trying to give her everything he could. And he tried to hold on until she settled. But it was hard and he didn't quite make it. When his own climax hit, he cried out against her shoulder, jerking hard over her.

She held on ever more tightly when it was his turn. She wanted to share every possible moment of it. He was as strong as she remembered in that instant. He was close to it physically, but that wasn't the part she was thinking of. As they both came through the other side, she petted his hair, whimpering what she hopped were soothing noises.

It was the best she could do.

He sagged over her, fully spent and feeling better, stronger, than he had in weeks. He kissed her shoulder with a whimper, murmuring something he wasn't even sure he'd said.

Eventually, when they'd run out of words and little sounds, she had to get him to shift off her just far enough that she could breathe. She didn't let him get far, though, because the idea of not being able to touch him made her stomach flip. They were in big trouble. "Well. That went well."
