Briefings with Saul were getting more and more tense. Carrie could feel the strain on all of them as a real, palpable thing. Beside her, no one had ever had much faith in Brody, which was largely her fault. How could she explain her change of heart without explaining it was exactly that. What was harder was not telling him about how bad it was. Every time she was vague it was a physical pain.

The final straw was a heated conversation about what they would do if he were found out, revealed to be on a mission. They had escape plans, but it was clear very few people in that room gave a damn if they worked. Or if they even existed. She'd been through hell for the man they were dismissing like so much dross and all because... She wasn't that sure why because at this point. It was about Saul, really, and she knew that. That's why when he made a passing comment that made it sound damn like he'd made his decision and Brody didn't figure into it at all, she felt her stomach lurch so badly she almost had to leave the room.

She didn't go to him that night, that would be stupid. She waited a day, all of which was spent wondering when she would throw up. She got there late, just before dark, and sat back to watch the men finish up before meal break. He looked good. Better than when she saw him last, even.

She chuckled at his displeasure, but made no moves to take off what she was wearing. Not that it was that much more than him. Having anything on helped her plan of teasing him and petting him.

She raised up a little so she could rub her hand over his chest, nails dragging lightly.

He licked his lips, then leaned in to kiss her. What she was doing felt amazing and he whimpered against her lips. He rocked up under her, reminding her what she had for her, when she was ready to take it.

The more he reminded her, the more she was ready to take her time. Her sweet old time. Did he forget how patient she could be, if she wanted to? Grinning against his skin, she worked down to his his shoulder, then nipped her way down onto his chest. The way she sat as she moved only pressed her harder against his groin.

He shuddered at the way she pressed against him. "Tease." He combed his fingers into her hair, groaning deeply. "You feel so good. Love this."

That groan was what she was working for. She was going to need at least one, possibly two more before she game him much more skin. She nipped him again, harder, then sat up some so she could grind more easily. He felt so good she whimpered softly.

He worked his hands from her hair out to run down her arms, then around to her breasts. He squeezed them through her top, encouraging her to move more.

The way she ground against him very well might have brought her over the edge, if she let it. But that would be too mean when he was touching her so beautifully. She let her head fall back as she enjoyed herself, moaning thickly so he would have every indicator of how pleased she was. "So good to me."

He kept touching her, squeezing and rubbing, as she moved over him. He leaned forward and kissed her throat. "I try." And he really, really did.

She caught the back of his head and held him there, groaning at his lips on her. "You do. I know." She whimpered. "I always knew." She meant that, too, in a sideways kind of way. He'd been genuine in his need. Honest in it. And then there had been more. "Gonna wear me out."

He laughed softly. "Thought you liked that." He nipped her neck gently, then kissed up to her ear. "I like it. Like you."

The kisses made her shiver and grind harder into him. "Like you, too, baby." That was easier to say, but it was laced with so much affection and need, it had to sound like something else. "You are going to feel so good."

She meant feel good to her, inside, but she also meant that it would feel good for him.

His hands slid around to her back and he pulled her against him, still rocking his hips under her. He nipped at her again, then kissed her deeply while he worked to pull her shirt up over her head. This task was made a bit harder by the kiss he was using as a distraction in the first place.

She laughed in the kiss, even as she pressed against his lips. It took her a moment to try and help him with her clothes because she wasn't quite ready. Then she could feel the air on her nipples when what she wanted was his hands.

She pulled back and ripped the shirt off the rest of the way before leaning back into the kiss.

He laughed roughly at how quickly she discarded her shirt, then he pressed his hands to her breasts, covering them and squeezing. He pressed his tongue against her lips, then into her mouth with another groan.

She met his groan with one of her own, even as she put a hand over one of his to press harder. Her other hand trailed over his chest, nails pressing hard. Her tongue moved over his slowly, drawing him in. She was starting to think she'd come at least once before she even undressed all the way with how he felt.

He gave a shudder at her nails, then squeezed both her breasts harder. She felt amazing, but he didn't want to stop kissing her to tell her that. The kiss would have to be enough.

That kiss, and the way his hands felt, were more than enough. She groaned happily as she touched him, losing herself in the feel of his rough, scared skin. He was so real to her, so complete, even as she felt herself giving to him.

If they had this, and only this, forever, she'd be happy. Of course, it wasn't quite enough, and she finally reached to get her pants off.

He reached down and stopped her with a groan. Then he started rubbing her through the fabric. He was enjoying the tease now and he didn't want it to stop.

"Not fair!" She ground against his hand, moaning loudly enough she worried she could be heard through the walls. "I was teasing you!" Which was a ridiculous thing to complain about, really. She shook her head at him. "I'll get you back for that.

"You still are teasing me." He pressed hard for a moment, then pulled her back down on his lap, letting her go back to grinding against him. His lips went back to her neck and he started kissing her very lightly there.

She had to laugh. She was going crazy with need, but she was teasing him. Well, she was, but it wasn't her fault anymore. He just hadn't undressed her enough. She got her hands on his cheeks and tugged at him. She wanted to kiss him properly.

At the same time she started rocking against him, shivering when she found just the right angle to give her extreme pleasure.

He went into that kiss with a moan, his arms tight around her. Feeling her pace increase, he stilled, letting her take what she needed from the angle she'd found. The tenser she got, the more he whimpered. He wanted her to get all she could from this.

Feeling his shift in attitude, she let herself go. It wasn't going to take long for her at all. She shifted slightly so she could press exactly where she needed. Immediately she realized it was going to take even less time than she'd thought. She rocked slowly, trying to draw things out, whimpering happily the whole time.
