She groaned loudly. She was in so much trouble. Instead of trying to backtrack any, she sipped her coffee and looked down at the table, stuck again by how nice it all was.
When her coffee was done, she excused herself for a much needed pit stop before they got on the road. In the bathroom she caught herself in the mirror and was surprised to realize she was smiling.
