Speaking of eating better, Darcy returned with their breakfasts. It was definitely substantial, but it didn't look overly greasy, which was good. And it smelled amazing.
Darcy caught the tail end of the conversation and smiled. Brody blushed a little bit, then winked at Carrie before thanking Darcy for the fast service.
