The problem with not talking about it was that it never went away. Part of why they worked was because they had always been able to talk freely. And the idea of a quiet mind was so much a part of being with him that it took her breath away to hear him say that. She kept molesting him, because she loved touching him, but she didn't want to stop talking because it was important.
