He let her pull his shirt off, for the moment not even thinking about the wounds on his body. She made it so he didn't worry about how repulsive they might be.
As soon as his shirt was over his head, he was kissing her again. He was still too weak to take the most active role in what they were doing, but he wasn't going to be a bystander, either.
